Service Fees

This pricing list brings transparency to our fee structure, timelines and deliverables. We will outline what our contracts include, how long they take and what they cost. We acknowledge that no two clients are the same, and as such, allow for a certain degree of flexibility depending on your unique needs.

Prices start at the below rates. Prices are subject to change based on the exact project scope.

All content and frameworks provided are the sole property of TIEJA Inc. Communications and cannot be duplicated.

Notes

  • If we move forward in working together, our administrative process requires three documents to be signed and completed before starting: Standard Consulting Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement (to ensure your peace of mind that our communication is confidential) and payment for Invoice.

  • We have a retainer-style fee structure. All fees are due upfront and in advance. We do not begin work until the payment has been received (this includes receipt of cheques send by post mail). Monthly retainers are due upon beginning of the following/subsequent month.

  • We assume your team will be available for agreed-upon project check-ins. Delays in receiving feedback, missed meetings, or requested shifts in agreed-upon deliverables may affect cost or timelines and result in a scope change.

  • Our team will reserve a certain number of working days per month with you. Only crisis management services are available for on-call service. For all other services, the client can expect a 24-hour response time.

  • All external services and licenses required to complete the project are the client's responsibility (this will be communicated to you in advance).

  • Any overages and further hours and deployments (including, but not limited to, meetings, diagnostics, etc) will be tracked and billed at a rate of $375 per hour. It is at our discretion to commit resources to these requests.

  • There are no long-term commitments. Contracts can be terminated at any time after initial agreement.

  • For methods of payment, we accept email money transfers, all major credit cards (+ a 3% processing fee), cheque and cash.
